He oversees product innovation, user experience, and integration of advanced analytics, ensuring the platform delivers operational efficiency, transparency, and actionable insights throughout the entire loan lifecycle. Leveraging Trimont’s extensive CRE lending data, Beau drives the continuous enhancement of TriVinna’s portfolio management tools and customer support model, empowering clients to make informed decisions, manage risk effectively, and optimize portfolio performance.

Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience, most recently serving as Executive Managing Director of Global Business Development for Trimont since 2017.

His experience includes both domestic and international investments of all property types including equity and debt underwriting and asset management, as well as primary and special servicing for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, balance sheet, CMBS, construction and interim debt projects.

Before re-joining Trimont in 2017, Beau was Managing Director of Business Development for Cohen Financial. He also served as the co-head of the asset advisory division overseeing the firm’s more complex and structured asset management portfolios and relationships. His previous roles include Head of Asset Management at both Prudential and Situs. From 1999-2007, Mr. Jones served in several capacities at Trimont including establishing the European division in London.
