As Chief Business Officer and interim President, Glen oversees the development of TriVinna’s operational framework, establishing robust legal, compliance, and governance structures.

He is responsible for intellectual property, employee management, data access, business and financial performance. Glen ensures the organization’s operational and financial resources are aligned to support technology and product development, sales, and ongoing customer support. Glen is a member of TriVinna’s Executive Management Committee.

Glen has more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, including 25 years in commercial real estate. Prior to joining TriVinna, he served as Trimont’s Chief Financial Officer for nine years and was a member of the firm’s Executive Management, Compensation, 401K, Investment and Risk committees. Glen also previously served as Trimont’s Chief Operating Officer, in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer.

Throughout his career, Glen has held senior finance roles at T5 Data Centers, Dewberry Capital and Lend Lease Corporation, after starting his career at Price Waterhouse in Sydney, Australia. His career includes senior roles in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Glen is a Chartered Accountant (Australian & New Zealand) and his corporate finance experience includes mergers and acquisitions, construction, property, asset and portfolio management, acquisition, development and capital raising at the corporate level and across the office, retail, hospitality, multifamily and data center asset classes.
